Welcome and thank you for your visit on my website!
I am passionate about languages, communication, travels et history. My love for history is also my newest one and I will explain it a little bit later on this article.
I speak fluently English and Japanese and my mothertongue is French. I have began professional German lessons but I have always been able to have a day-to-day German discussion, I am even able to comprehend some German dialect. English and German are both languages I have learnt at school (middle and high school) and my Japanese is mostly self-taught. Actually, in January 2017, I even did and passed the level N2 of the Japanese Language Profiency (which correspond to the level B2/C1 of most european languages tests).
Thanks to my particular study path, I even know some merchandising et communication technics. In fact, I used to be in the Marketing and Communication department but asked to change to the Litterature department (which had Japanese lessons) during my last year of high-school. I only had 7 to 8 months in this new department but was able to study 3 years of missing knowledge, improve my Japanese level and get the diploma with the best score for the Japanese test (19/20 equivalent to a 90/100 score).
My work experiences are also not typical. I was not planning on working in sales but on January 2013, Aelia (a branch of Lagardère Services which owns brand such as LVMH) employed me as a wine and spirits sales advisor. Having a strong sense of responsibility, I did my best to have the best knowledge on all the products I was meant to advice and sell to the customers. In June 2017, I was rewarded with a business trip to the bordelais wine region as one of three the best sales advisor of the company. Being knowledgable on wines and spirits, I also took great care on customer loyalty as it is one of the strongest assets in sales. In fact, a loyal customer is one who will mostly come back to the store and even sometimes with possible future new customers.

In May 2018, I left my work and went to Japan for a year long trip with a working holiday visa. Three months later, I was employed in Nihonbashi, an historical ward of Tokyo, as a tourist guide. Most of the tourists who came to the distric were foreigners and I spoke essentially in Japanese and English as my team was made of Japanese people and foreigners. My missions were to do guided tours of the historical shops of the ward in English and French and, when no tours were booked, I worked as a concierge inside the tourist center. The customers coming to the tourist center were above all Japanese people who were looking for informations on current and future events, on shops, restaurants and even other companies that were also located in the district. I also taught foreign customers how to fold origami and make hanko. The last activity consisted of helping customers on thinking a motif or writing for their future Japanese stamp that was then made on-site. Thanks to this post, I became passionate about the history of all places and countries I would go to. I became a skilled tourist guide in less than 5 months and so became very knowledgeable on Nihonbashi but also on all types of informations concerning Tokyo and Japan including current events or places that would be of interrests to both Japanese and foreign customers. During this time, I also helped as a receptionist at the newly build Mitsui Garden Hotel Nihonbashi Premier from time to time as both companies worked together.

Now that I came back to France, I am looking for a position as a concierge, tour guide or even translator. I am experienced in all types of positions that has to do with foreign customers but also VIP clients, my work experiences can attest this.
